Handcrafted contemporary silver and gold jewellery designs.
Drawing upon my Danish roots I am influenced by Scandinavian Design; my pieces are simple, contemporary in design, timeless and elegant. I like to produce contrasts in my work, whether by hammering, oxidising or milling the precious metal. I particularly enjoy shaping the metal by forging and planishing and many of my pieces involve these techniques to give interesting textures to the jewellery I create.
I also include semi-precious and precious gemstones in my designs.
Where appropriate pieces are hallmarked with my unique mark which is registered with the London Assay Office.
I am a member of The Cambridge Jewellers Guild, The Guild of Jewellery designers and Cambridge Open Studios,
I am also featured in the Crafts Council Maker's directory - more information available here .
I am happy to take commissions in silver and gold and visits to my Cambridge studio can be arranged year round through the contact form. Recent commissions and new work in progress can be seen on my Blog page or facebook page. For example I have recently completed some 9ct gold mobius wedding bands and a pair of 18ct gold earrings - you can see more here
