This was a interesting commission - a set of crucifixes made of rose gold to be given as confirmation gifts.
The design was based on the crucifix from the church, Ascensione del Signore, in the client's home town of Turin. The church was built by the people of the new parish in the 1970's and is a simply designed building with a stylised wrought iron crucifix at it's altar.
I like the simplicity of the design; each made with just one length of rose gold wire.
